new indian team coach Duncan Fletcher

duncan fletcher named india coach, duncan flutcher indian team coach, duncan fletcher new salary

Former Zimbabwe captain and England coach Duncan Fletcher was on Wednesday named as the new coach of the Indian cricket team.
Fletcher takes over the role from South African Gary Kirsten who stepped down after leading India to the 2011 Cricket World Cup title earlier this month.
Fletcher was coach of the English cricket team from 1999 to 2007 and led the English side to an eight-match unbeaten run, but the hallmark of his coaching career was when hosts England famously defeated Australia 2-1 in the 2005 Ashes series.

Its unwise to blame Fletcher. Will he go inside the field and train the players by holding their hands just like teaching tiny tots to write? Its the duty of each of our players to understand that they themselves have to perform to keep the flag of India high. Moreover if the seniors do not show their performances, they should be replaced with new talents which will boost the team and we will get back the days when India will again be at the zenith.
